60 – 250 kW | Modular Design | OEM Capability
The ePropulsion H-100 electric motor is designed for commercial vessels, large motor boats and sailing yachts. Its 100kW motor will power a wide range of commercial and leisure vessels up to 200 tonnes. Ideal boat length overall is between 18 to 30 metres (60’ to 100’). The H-Series delivers high performance with less noise, fewer vibrations, zero emissions and minimal maintenance.
Created with innovate permanent magnet technology the H100 provides new options for naval architects and boat owners. It’s modular design means it can have extended range, with many installation and long term benefits.
For each boat project the batteries and control systems can be customised for specific requirements. As a result, it is highly suitable electric motor solution for OEMs, boat builders and architects working on larger boats.
The H-Series is about two-thirds lighter and 50% smaller than its diesel counterpart, providing installation flexibility and maximizing payload and passenger space. The flat wire motor increases slot fill by 25% and increases power density.
The modular design enables boat designers, manufacturers and commercial operators to easily extend the range and power by adding motors, controllers and batteries, giving you more flexibility.
Equipped with pioneering permanent magnet motor technology, the H-Series delivers up to 2000 Nm maximum torque and delivers an impressive 96% efficiency, higher than the traditional 100 kW AC asynchronous motor.
Different power combinations can be chosen according to different power and range requirements, which allows the H-Series to be more expandable.
The boating IoT (ePropulsion Connectivity Service) can be customised and satisfy the customers’ needs of remote monitoring and integrated management, keeping you informed about your fleet.
The H-Series has been designed for commercial operators and high-demand users, ensuring your vessel spends more time out on the water.
The HMI system, Smart Throttle and Smart Display 5″ provide excellent user experience in controlling and monitoring.
The batteries can be tailored to fit your individual needs. The battery power needs to be calculated and determined according to the range and installation requirements. For a 100kW electric inboard motor operating at full power for 1 hour, the propulsion system will need a 100kWh battery which can be developed based on the provided specs.
